 for volunteering with The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project for this event.

This is our annual FUNdraiser for our organization.  We are a part of the Melbourne Beach
Founders Day Celebration, that takes place all day long at Ryckman Park.
Over 3,000 people are expected to be there!

We provide inflatable rides for the kids, as well as other fun family-friendly
activities and games for the whole family!

In the afternoon we race 3,000 plastic numbered turtles in the Indian River through our noodle course, and people that have adopted these turtles can win great prizes if their turtles cross the finish line first!

We need as many volunteers as we can get to help us run the games, supervise the activities, sell turtle adoptions, sell wristbands, etc. We need volunteers to help us set up the park the day before as well as show up at 5am on the day of the event for final setup. We need volunteers to stay after the Turtle Splash race is over to cleanup and break down our areas.

FRIDAY, April 30th: be at the park between 9a-1p to help set up the tents and activity center.

SATURDAY, May 1st: we will have several shifts that need to be filled, and would like our volunteers to commit to no less than 4 hour shifts. Of course we can use you to fill-in and cover our volunteers for breaks if you are not available for an entire shift, too. Hours that need to be covered are between 5a-5p, to include setting up, working the games & activities, and cleaning up.

This is an EXCELLENT group opportunity for families, scouts,
cheerleaders, NHS/Beta clubs, church youth groups, etc.

Students can earn community service hours for scholarship requirements!!!
